Ricoh Employee Xpress Access

Although External Directory Single-Sign-On (SSO) was built for external customers, Ricoh Direct employees will also see a change in the Xpress authentication process.

NOTE: There is no need for Ricoh Employees to register 

Ricoh employees should simply enter their email address at:

https://xpress.ricoh-usa.com

The External Directory SSO will recognize you when accessing from VPN or Ricoh Network. 

When accessing Xpress from outside of the Ricoh network you will be asked to authenticate using your Ricoh Network credentials, including O365 Multi-Factor-Authentication.

Once successfully logged in to Xpress access your User Profile:

Although by default your Basic Role can access TSRC Mobile, there are additional tools available depending on your Role. Please verify your Role by clicking the Edit icon:

While editing your profile, please complete:

  • Country
  • Region
  • Phone Number (this is also used for Help Desk call back)

Check box for Request Role Change and select Technician from the Drop-Down and enter a Role Change Reason “I am a Ricoh direct technician” etc.

Save your profile changes and you will see an “Update succeeded” message:

To see the Role changes take effect, logout:

and then log back in by selecting Login Link:

You will now see new Menu options available based on your new role:
